Testing that could permanently mark, alter, file, cut, drill, or otherwise affect an item will not be performed without the owner’s authorization. When more invasive testing is required, the customer may be asked to sign a separate testing authorization and release before the testing is performed.
No testing method is infallible. Results represent ANDOCO’s good-faith assessment based on the item, equipment, methods, and information available at the time.
Anyone offering property to ANDOCO represents that:
ANDOCO may require valid government-issued identification and other information required by law. We reserve the right to decline any item or transaction for any lawful reason and to cooperate with law-enforcement agencies when required.
A sale to ANDOCO is not complete until the parties agree to the final price, required documents are signed, required identification and transaction information are provided, and payment is issued or otherwise arranged.
Upon completion, ownership of the purchased property transfers to ANDOCO, subject to applicable laws, required holding periods, law-enforcement holds, and the terms of the signed transaction documents.
